Tailor Volume
Room for the shape you sew
A dress form is a working reference for cloth, not a substitute for the person who will wear it. Tailor Volume brings together adjustable torsos and fixed forms so that the choice starts with the pattern and the way you work. Rose and Plum offer separate adjustment ranges; Studio 92 and Studio 104 keep a continuous, fixed surface for draping.
The measurement studio checks bust, waist and hip together. Matching a bust measurement is not enough when the waist falls outside a form's range. Fixed forms are assessed against their stated dimensions, while shoulder shape, torso length and posture still need your own fitting judgement.
Accessories follow the same practical approach. The stretch cover belongs to the adjustable range, and the replacement cross base fits its support tube. Choose a torso first, check the working surface you need, and make the final garment assessment on its intended wearer.
